Yes you can start a home business free on the internet. 

All you need is an internet connection and a computer available to you.  You don’t even have to own your own computer, although it would be a lot more convient.  Some people start withcomputer time in a internet cafe or a computer at the library.  The next thing you need is good solid information about the basics and you need them to be free.

The second Free information I found was about setting up free sites using Squidoo.com.  This information came from PotPie Girl:)  Doesn’t sound like a business name but I can tell you that she is all business, straight forward  and tells it like it is.  No bs here!
